Ronni H. Baslund
Co-Founder & Chief Product Architect
With a background as CTO and co-founder of Creditro—now a rapidly scaling regtech platform—Ronni brings decades of full-stack development and product‑building experience to Baslund Research. He co‑initiated Creditro in 2017 using a zero‑investment, bootstrapped model and helped scale it to 25+ employees and 300+ enterprise customers using lean development, customer‑centric iteration, and strategic technology leadership.
Ronni thrives in early-stage environments where code, capital, and conviction intersect. He led the technical delivery and architecture that powered real‑time fraud detection and AML monitoring software for mid-market and enterprise clients. A proponent of doing more with less, he values tight teams, rapid feedback loops, and technical rigor.
At Baslund Research, Ronni applies this builder‑operator mindset: investing not only funds but hands‑on technical execution in each venture, from prototyping to production readiness.

Josefine Holmberg Baslund brings deep operational leadership and community-building expertise to Baslund Research ApS. With roots as the driving force behind Riggen—Esbjerg’s leading startup hub—she has strengthened the local entrepreneurial ecosystem through programming, mentorship, and event leadership Josefine has pioneered initiatives such as the Level‑Up accelerator at Riggen, helping founders gain traction and pitch readiness. She combines hands-on event design and entrepreneur coaching with high-level operational leadership, building ventures and ecosystems that thrive.
